709 Arnette is the 6th house we’ve renovated in Durham’s historic Morehead Hill neighborhood. At some point, this grand Craftsman had been divided into two separate living spaces with an illegal apartment carved out of the back half. Overjoyed to have discovered the original pantry built-in. Thrilled to have brought the light and life back to this beauty.
